Our training courses are organized and executed in partnership with a City & Guilds approved provider in East Malaysia. The courses are conducted in three stages:

Stage 1 - Basic Entry Level for Bolting Technicians:
Trained in accordance with City & Guilds FMJIT Training Standards JIT 10/18/19.

Stage 2 - Work Based Task History (WBTH):

• Practice and consolidation of learning

• Competency and supervisor level training

Stage 3 - API-U Technical Tests:

• TJIT 10: Inspect, dismantle, assemble, and hand torque flanged joints

• TJIT 18: Inspect, dismantle, assemble, and hydraulically tension flanged joints

• TJIT 19: Inspect, dismantle, assemble, and hydraulically torque flanged joints

We focus on training engineers, technicians, and fitters in the installation of flange-jointed bolting to ensure compliance with the highest standards of joint integrity during dismantling and assembly tasks.

With the establishment of our Joint Integrity Management service, accompanied by the City & Guilds accredited competence JIT Team, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of total sealing solutions and ensuring a zero-leaks strategy.
